Marc J. Tomlinson Appointed Vice President of CTCanada

    OTTAWA, Canada, Dec. 18 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Marc J. Tomlinson has
been appointed Vice President of CTCanada, an affiliate of Concurrent
Technologies Corporation (CTC) of Johnstown, Pennsylvania (USA).  The
announcement was made by Michael A. Katz, Executive Vice President and Chief
Operating Officer of CTC and Chairman of the Board of CTCanada.  CTC is an
independent, nonprofit, applied scientific research and development
professional services organization providing innovative management and
technology-based solutions to government and industry.  Established in 1987,
CTC operates from more than 50 locations with a staff of over 1,400 employees.
 Mr. Tomlinson is responsible for business development, operational management
and strategic communications.

    "Mr. Tomlinson brings extensive experience in international operations to
our organization," said Mr. Katz. "With his help, we will continue to grow in
Canada and throughout the international marketplace by leveraging the
company's expertise in defence and security, energy and environment, and
healthcare solutions."

    Mr. Tomlinson has over 13 years of experience in international logistics,
government liaison activities, electronic commerce, procurement, supply chain
management, contract negotiation, and administration.

    Prior to joining CTCanada, Mr. Tomlinson held positions in the Canadian
civil service at Canada's international contracting agency--the Canadian
Commercial Corporation (CCC) and most recently at the Department of Foreign
Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT).

    A native of London, Ontario, Mr. Tomlinson recently returned to Canada
after spending more than eight years with the NATO Maintenance and Supply
Agency (NAMSA) in Luxembourg, where he held positions as Programme Manager
(acting); Chief, Materiel Management Center; and Contracting Officer.
