BTB Real Estate Investment Trust announces its distribution for the month of August 2009

    MONTREAL, Aug. 14 /CNW Telbec/ - The trustees of BTB Real Estate
Investment Trust (TSX-V: BTB.UN) ("BTB") announced today that the monthly cash
distribution for the month of August 2009 is $0.0067 per unit, representing
$0.08 per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be paid on
September 15, 2009 to unitholders of record on August 31st, 2009.
    As at the close of business on August 13, 2009, 33,691,725 units of BTB
were issued and outstanding.
