BOARDWALKTECH SOFTWARE CORP ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED NON-BROKERED LIFE OFFERING

CUPERTINO, Calif., April 11, 2025 /CNW/ - (TSXV: BWLK) (OTCQB: BWLKF) Boardwalktech Software Corp. (the "Company" or "Boardwalktech") announces that it has received an extension from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") with respect to the duration of its previously announced private placement (the "Offering") pursuant to the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption under Part 5A of National Instrument 45-106 – Prospectus Exemptions.

The outside date for the final closing and filing of all final documentation in respect of the Offering has been extended from April 14, 2025 to May 14, 2025.
