Patheon Announces Results of 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

    TORONTO, April 29 /CNW/ - Patheon Inc. (TSX: PTI), a global provider of

pharmaceutical industry, today announced that at its annual meeting of
shareholders the following individuals were elected to the Board for the
coming year: Claudio F. Bussandri, Paul W. Currie, Ramsey A. Frank, Roy T.
Graydon, Peter A. W. Green, Paul S. Levy, Thomas S. Taylor, G. Wesley Voorheis
and Derek J. Watchorn.
    Ernst & Young LLP was re-appointed as auditors for the 2009 fiscal year.
