CALGARY, Dec. 7 /CNW/ - Wrangler West Energy Corp. ("Wrangler West", the "Company") (TSX-V "WX") today announced that JoAnne Dorval-Dronyk, Chief Financial Officer, has tendered her resignation effective January 12, 2010.
"Since the inception of Wrangler West, Ms. Dorval-Dronyk has provided our company with professional leadership and, as CFO, has made a valuable contribution as a member of our management team. The board of directors and I wish her every success in her future endeavors," said Steven Johnson, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Effective immediately, Wrangler West has begun the search for an individual to join the company as Chief Financial Officer.
Wrangler West is a Canadian junior oil and natural gas producer which has been building production and assets through exploration in Alberta. We expect disciplined management of our operations and production portfolio will create sufficient funds flow to support ongoing operations.
