OTTAWA, Jan. 4, 2016 /CNW/ - On Thursday, 7 January 2016, Stephen S. Poloz, the Governor of the Bank of Canada, will speak at the Mayor's Breakfast Series, organized by the Ottawa Business Journal and the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce.
