About The 2014 Bonham Centre Awards

RBC is the presenting sponsor of the 2014 Bonham Centre Awards, which were first established in 2008 to recognize an individual or group that has made a significant contribution to the advancement and education of human rights issues surrounding sexual education.

Established in 1998, The Mark S. Bonham Centre for Sexual Diversity Studies (SDS) at the University of Toronto is a hub forging connections among faculty, undergraduates, graduate students, and community members interested in questions about how we understand sexual diversity and sexual practices. SDS provides opportunities to explore these questions across disciplinary boundaries, by the courses it sponsors, the programs it offers, and the public presentations it organizes.
