Media Advisory - Ontario Energy Board is visiting Timmins

Consumers are invited to get their energy questions answered

TORONTO, June 3, 2016 /CNW/ - The Ontario Energy Board is coming to Timmins to spark a conversation on electricity matters. Consumers and the media are invited to learn more at an upcoming council meeting and Open House Information Session.


The session will inform attendees about:

·         The role of the OEB and how it advocates for consumers

·         Consumer Protection rules, consumer rights and responsibilities

·         The Ontario Electricity Support Program and other low-income support programs
