TORONTO, Aug. 28, 2016 /CNW/ - Mayor John Tory and Deputy Mayor Pam McConnell (Ward 28 Toronto Centre-Rosedale). will make an announcement about implementing the Poverty Reduction Strategy. They will be joined by Toronto Public Health and Toronto Employment and Social Services.
