What: CNIB is bringing healthy and active living to blind and
partially sighted Canadians. John M. Rafferty, CNIB President
and CEO, will launch the first Great Canadian Yoga Stretch
Celebration Event, a fully accessible program of yoga and
meditation for CNIB clients and supporters.
Activities include:
- Interview opportunities with CNIB clients - hear from clients
about the challenges they face in living a healthy and active
lifestyle, and why they do yoga.
- An interactive "yoga flow" class led by leading Toronto
instructors, and meditation.
