Intercon Messaging Earns CAM-X Diamond Plus Award
Outstanding Service for 16 Years in a Row Brings National Award
GRIMSBY, ON, Oct.14, 2016 /CNW/ - Now a sixteen-time CAM-X Award of Excellence winner, Intercon Messaging of Drayton Valley earned the Diamond Plus Award for sixteen years.
The Award of Excellence is presented annually by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), the industry's Trade Association for providers of call centre services including telephone answering and message delivery. Intercon Messaging was presented with the Award of Excellence and Diamond Plus Award at this year's CAM-X 52nd Annual Convention and Trade Show held at the Chateau Laurier, Quebec City, QC.
Independent judges are contracted by CAM-X to evaluate message services over a six month period. The scoring criteria includes:

- Courteousness of Rep
- Accuracy of Call
- Knowledge of Account
- Overall Impression of Call
