Featuring Finalists for Canada's Most Prestigious Non-Fiction Prize
TORONTO, Feb. 27, 2017 /CNW/ - The RBC Taylor Prize and Ben McNally Books are presenting the 16th annual Books & Brunch featuring four finalists for the 2017 RBC Taylor Prize on Sunday, March 5th at 10:00 a.m. in the Vanity Fair Ballroom of the Omni King Edward Hotel in downtown Toronto.
A tradition since the first awarding of the Prize in 2000, this event always sells out. Tickets are now on sale for just $55
Four authors shortlisted for the 2017 RBC Taylor Prize will speak:
- Max Eisen, author of By Chance Alone: A Remarkable True Story of Courage and Survival at Auschwitz, published by HarperCollins Canada
- Ross King, author of Mad Enchantment: Claude Monet and the Painting of Water Lilies, published by Bond Street Books
- Marc Raboy, author of Marconi: The Man Who Networked the World, published by Oxford University Press
- Diane Schoemperlen, author of This Is Not My Life: A Memoir of Love, Prison, and Other Complications, published by HarperCollins Canada
