Crown Capital Announces TSXV Listing and Voluntarily Delisting from TSX
CALGARY, AB, Sept. 16, 2026 /CNW/ -- Crown Capital Partners Inc. ("Crown" or the "Corporation") (TSX: CRWN) announces today that it has received approval to list its common shares and 12% secured subordinated debentures (the "Debentures") on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"). In connection with the TSXV listing, Crown will voluntarily delist its common shares and Debentures from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX").
The Corporation's management and Board of Directors have determined that this transition is in the best interests of Crown. The Board of Directors considered the general suitability of a TSX listing versus a TSXV listing and approved the transition to better align the Corporation's public listing platform with its current market capitalization, liquidity needs and operational scale while reducing corporate administrative overhead.
The Corporation will voluntarily delist its common shares and Debentures from the TSX effective at market close on September 21, 2026 and will list its common shares and Debentures on the TSXV effective at market open on September 22, 2026.
The Corporation will remain a "reporting issuer" under applicable Canadian securities laws through the listing transition process. The Corporation will retain the trading symbol "CRWN" once listed on the TSXV. Crown is not seeking shareholder approval because it satisfies the conditions in Section 720(b) of the TSX Company Manual. By listing on the TSXV, Crown will have an acceptable alternative market. No action is required by securityholders in connection with the transition of the Corporation's listing to the TSXV.
