The precision-built digital presence reflects the Company's evolution into a next-generation defense technology company focused on intelligent standoff threat detection, following its pending acquisition of NanoAi Technologies Inc. ("NanoAi") announced August 4, 2026.

New ISTK Website

The new website introduces an elevated visual identity and messaging platform designed to present the Company's future mission, the differentiation of NanoAi's sensing technology and its planned strategic direction to investors, prospective customers and the broader defense community following the closing of the acquisition of NanoAi.

The brand identity is anchored by the line "Know before contact," reflecting the purpose of the NanoAi platform: to detect explosives, ammunition and narcotics at standoff distance, before anyone is in harm's way. The site's operational interface, with its feed and node motifs, is drawn from the way NanoAi's sensor is intended to operate in the field, with the same sensor and the same threat intelligence, designed to read multiple threat types, carried across multiple mounts.

The updated website includes expanded information on NanoAi's proprietary nanotechnology sensor and AI intelligence layer; the six mounts and sectors on which the platform is intended to be deployed, each identified as a licensed path or as part of the roadmap; the NanoAi Operations Center in the Dallas-Richardson technology and defense corridor; and the leadership team, including NanoAi founder Craig Micklich, a 12-year U.S. Navy SEAL veteran and co-author of the peer-reviewed paper behind the sensing process.

It also highlights recent technical achievements, including the identification of a targeted explosive threat at a 10-foot standoff distance in under one second, recorded on camera at the Operations Center in Richardson, Texas, and the publication of the sensing process in Scientific Reports, part of the Nature Portfolio.

The proposed acquisition of NanoAi was announced on August 4, 2026. Upon completion, NanoAi would become a wholly owned subsidiary of Intellistake while continuing to hold its existing license and development relationship with Gentex.
