VANCOUVER , Oct. 20 /CNW/ - Thirteen Webster Awards were presented tonight at the 23rd annual Jack Webster Awards in Vancouver . In addition, the Bruce Hutchison Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to well known British Columbian broadcaster Bill Good .
