(CSE: BIOV) (FRA: 5LB) (OTCQB: BVAXF) ("BioVaxys" or "Company") regrets to announce that Dasha Enenko has resigned as CFO of the Company to pursue other opportunities. BioVaxys CEO James Passin has been appointed as Acting CFO while the Board of Directors of the Company completes the search for a new CFO.
