LMS appoints interim CEO and COO

    MONTREAL, Dec. 18 /CNW Telbec/ - LMS Medical Systems (TSX:LMZ), a
healthcare technology company and developer of the CALM(R) patient safety
software systems for obstetrics, today announced appointments to senior
management.
    Yves Grou C.A., was appointed interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr Grou,
who was also appointed a member of the Board of Directors, will maintain the
role of Chief Financial Officer pending identification of a replacement. Bruno
Bendavid was appointed interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology
Officer. Mr Bendavid remains Vice-President of Product Development. Together
the two will lead the Company's commercialization effort.
