TORONTO, April 9 /CNW Telbec/ - The leaders of two of Canada's largest pension plans will provide their perspectives on pensions post-recession at 2010 Summit on the Future of Pensions, hosted by The Conference Board of Canada.

Who: David D. Burke, Canadian Retirement Growth Leader, Towers Watson,
and Martine Ferland, Canadian Retirement Business Leader, Towers
Watson, will introduce the key findings of Towers Watson's 7th
annual Survey of Pension Risk, at 8:15 a.m.
Jim Leech, President and Chief Executive Officer, Ontario
Teachers' Pension Plan Board, will share his perspective on the
future of the pension system in Canada and changes needed to
bring about a more equitable program, at 8:45 a.m.
Glen Hodgson, Senior Vice-President, Forecasting and Analysis and
Chief Economist, The Conference Board of Canada, will provide the
long-term economic outlook for Canada and discuss its impact on
Canadian pension funds, at 10:00 a.m.
David Denison, Chief Executive Officer, Canada Pension Plan
Investment Board, will share his views on what it means to be a
long term investor, at 1:00 p.m.
