Yves Roy is SECOR's new Chief Executive Officer

    MONTREAL, April 5 /CNW Telbec/ - The Board of Directors at SECOR has
announced the appointment of Mr. Yves Roy as Chief Executive Officer. For
25 years Mr. Roy was with Mercer Consulting Group where he held the title of
Executive Vice-President. Mr. Roy will take over as CEO of SECOR from
Marcel Côté. Marcel will remain as an active partner focusing on the
consulting practice.

    The selection of Mr. Roy is the result of a process that began in the
spring of 2006, when Marcel Côté announced his intention to relinquish the
position of CEO in 2007, while carrying on as a partner in the firm. Yves Roy
will commence his duties on June 1, 2007.
    Mr. Roy earned an undergraduate degree in actuarial studies at the
Université Laval, before pursuing graduate studies at the Wharton School of
Business of the University of Pennsylvania. Yves joined Mercer Human Resources
Consulting in 1981. He managed Mercer's activities first in Montreal and then
in Eastern Canada, before taking charge of the firm's South American
operations from 1993 to 1996. He then managed Mercer's US outsourcing services
from Chicago. In 1998, he took over the European operations of Mercer Human
Resources. He returned to the firm's New York headquarters in 2000 where he
directed the world-wide operations of several business units as Executive
Vice-President and member of the Steering Committee. From 1997 to 2005, Yves
Roy was also a member of the Board of Directors of Mercer Consulting Group. He
left Mercer in 2005. More recently, Mr. Roy has been working with private
