Chairmen for FY09

CARTAGENA, COLOMBIA, November 20 /CNW/ - Young Presidents' Organization,
the world's largest leadership network comprised of more than 20,000 members,
today announced its 2008-2009 International Chairman, Richard Van Rensburg.
Van Rensburg, an 8-year YPO member of the Cape Town chapter, will assume his
new leadership role on 1 July 2008 and will help reinforce the organization's
core strategies of connectivity, diversity and excellence throughout the 2009
fiscal year.

"Through Richard's leadership, the Africa Region has been a role model
for the organization's Regional Renaissance," said Mike Pappas, YPO's
2007-2008 International Chairman and 14-year member of the Miami Chapter. "His
international perspective will be valuable as YPO strives to match the face of
the world. Richard's style is perfect for our WPO/YPO integration."

"I am proud and honored to be able to serve our membership during such an
exciting time in our history," said Van Rensburg. "As we begin to think of our
merged organization as a true lifelong leadership experience, it is my goal to
help move the organization closer to this important milestone."

Van Rensburg is the Chairman of the Newchip Investment Group, a private
equity investment business with interests in agriculture, technology, property
and grocery retail. Currently, he is the Regional & Membership Development
Committee Chair of the International Board and has also served as Audit
Committee Chair and representative of the Africa region. Additionally, Van
Rensburg is a member of the organization's Scuba Network.

According to Rich Campbell - a 12-year member of World Presidents'
Organization's Philadelphia Chapter and WPO's 2007-2008 International Chairman
- WPO elected its 2008-2009 International Chairman, Dennis Beck, during a WPO
Board of Directors meeting in October. WPO is YPO's official graduate
organization. Beck, a WPO member since 1999, will also assume his new role on
1 July 2008. Prior to his WPO membership, Beck was a YPO member for 14 years
and a former member of the YPO International Board.

"Dennis is the perfect candidate for taking on this important leadership
role during the exciting process of integrating the two organizations," said
Campbell. "His Board contribution and support have been tremendous assets in
our efforts to date. He will help to shape the future direction of the
combined organization to its fullest potential."

Beck is the president and chairman of Beck Capital LLC. He was a founding
member of the WPO Los Angeles Chapter and served as both Chairman and a member
of the WPO International Board Education Committee. Currently, Beck is a
member of the Executive Committee and serves as a Board member.

"I have never been more optimistic about what the future holds for
creating benefits for our members," said Beck. "It is my goal to make sure
that the merger of these two outstanding organizations succeeds in carrying
out our vision to create the world's premiere leadership organization."
