They are members of York University's 50 to the Power of 50 group - fifty prominent York alumni. On Wednesday, this group will 'speed mentor' current York students in rapid-fire, one-on-one sessions based on what students want to know about education, careers, or even how to achieve their life goals, before rotating to the next session. 50 to the Power of 50 is a high-profile, interdisciplinary group of York alumni who will act as ambassadors for York's 50th anniversary celebrations in 2009, and assist the York to the Power of 50 fundraising campaign in reaching its $200 million goal.
