    Globally-renowned Certification Organization Encourages Project Owners to
    Transact on the World Green Exchange

certification organization for carbon offset projects. As of a new agreement -
the first it has entered into with an online exchange - The Gold Standard
Foundation recognizes the World Green Exchange(R) as a partner for Gold
Standard actors to transact projects. In turn, World Energy now offers its
exchange services to Gold Standard entities at a 15 percent discount.
