VIA Rail Canada Travel Advisory - VIA Rail Operations in Ontario/Quebec/Maritimes: Extra cars; No cancellations; Major delays

MONTREAL, March 9 /CNW Telbec/ - VIA Rail Canada plans to operate all
trains in Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes today. VIA will also add cars
wherever possible to accommodate the anticipated increased demand for train
travel today. Significant delays are expected throughout the region however,
as crews work to clear heavy snow accumulation from the tracks.
Due to the extreme weather, poor road conditions and flight
cancellations, demand for space is particularly high today. Passengers are
advised to book as early as possible to ensure space is available.
