VECTr Systems Announces New Director of Business Development

    FALLS CHURCH, Va., Feb. 4 /CNW/ -- VECTr Systems Inc. (OTC Bulletin
Board: VECT) is pleased to announce that Cdr. Michael Scavone, USN (Ret.) has
joined the company as Director of Business Development and Operations.

    During Mr. Scavone's 25 year navel career, he flew numerous aircraft
including the A-6 Intruder and the F-14 Tomcat. More recently, he served in
various capacities including overseeing Tomahawk mission planning capabilities
and fleet wide implementation of Operational Risk Management principles and
procedures. Mr. Scavone brings a wide array of military operational and
management experience to the VECTr organization.
    VECTr Systems Vice President for Strategic Development, Randall Cohn

help build our business development efforts. His extensive flight and
management experience, coupled with his knowledge of U.S. Military and NATO
