U.S. Government Awards ArmorWorks $5.2 Million Side Armor Contract

Defense Supply Center Philadelphia Procures ESBI for U.S. Air Force

CHANDLER, ARIZ., April 17 /CNW/ - ArmorWorks Enterprises, LLC, a leading
provider of advanced survivability products, today announced the receipt of a
contract from The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) for Enhanced Side
Ballistic Inserts (ESBI) for the U.S. Air Force. These advanced ballistic
inserts protect the side of the torso with state-of-the-art ceramic and
composite armor technology. This contract will be fulfilled by July 2007.

ArmorWorks' ESBI provides the same advanced armor protection as the

Protective Inserts (ESAPI) all of which are used in the U.S. Military's
Interceptor body armor system.

"We are a provider of choice for the U.S. Department of Defense to supply
our troops with the best available protective armor," stated Bill Perciballi,
CEO and president of ArmorWorks. "We are proud that the U.S. Army, U.S. Air
Force, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Navy have all selected ArmorWorks to be a
primary supplier of side armor protection."

As previously announced, the U.S. Marine Corps awarded ArmorWorks a $5.6
million contract for S-SAPI in March 2007. The U.S. Army awarded the company a
$543 million indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract for
ESBI in 2006.
