Update on arbitration with Duncan Park - Arbitration postponed indefinitely

    TORONTO, April 4 /CNW/ - Randsburg International Gold Corporation
(TSX-V:RGZ) announced today that it has been advised by Duncan Park Holdings
Corporation ("Duncan Park") (TSX-V:DPH) that they are requesting an indefinite
postponement of the arbitration proceedings currently going on between the two
companies regarding their Elephant Joint Venture Project. Randsburg has been
advised by Duncan Park that the reason for the delay is the medical incapacity
of Duncan Park's President and CEO, Leonard Taylor. The arbitration hearing
had been scheduled for April 11, 2007.
