Volunteer from head to toe
MONTREAL, Dec. 5, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - On the occasion of International
Volunteer Day, the Fédération des Centre d'action bénévole du Québec
(FCABQ) is delighted to unveil, for the 40th consecutive year, the
theme and visuals for Québec's Volunteer Week to be held from April 6
to 12, 2014: Volunteer from head to toe.

offering their services to their favourite cause or as a spontaneous
gesture of goodwill. Collectively, volunteers devote themselves from
head to toe into their work and make an essential contribution to
improving the quality of life in communities everywhere. Individually,
each volunteer contributes special talents, intellectual or physical
skills and abilities. The sum of their actions makes all volunteers
shine in their communities!
In the same way that hundreds of organizations have recognized thousands
of volunteers over the years, we invite you to help promote volunteer
work and the impact made by people in your community!
40 years of outreach!
Ahead of the curve when it comes to the promotion, recognition and
development of volunteer work, FCABQ has been supporting VW in Quebec
since 1974. Forty years later, FCABQ is still promoting the theme,
visuals and causes that underscore VW. It produces promotion and
information materials and makes them available to stakeholders and
organizations from the various communities in order to celebrate
