    ERP Challenger +49% in N.A. and +45% Globally to $211+M in 1st Half 2007;

corporate Unit 4 Agresso revenues of $211.8 million for the first six months
of 2007, with revenue up 41 percent globally and 49 percent in North America
over the prior period. With corporate earnings per share (EPS) that has
skyrocketed 109%, all of Agresso's North American growth is attributed to
organic sales, versus acquisitions.

    Globally, the company is continuing on the course announced earlier this
year of a record amount of large, million-dollar deals in 2007, primarily in
the high-end, mid-market sector. In North America, the deals have primarily
been to what Agresso characterizes as Businesses Living IN Change(TM) --
professional services and local government sectors where change is a constant.
