Unit 4 Agresso Reports Strong Growth in 2008

    North American revenue grew 78%

Agresso and CODA continue to outperform the business software market

Total Group revenue increased by 27% to euro 393.6 million ($504.8

IRVING, Texas and VICTORIA, British Columbia, Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ --
Unit 4 Agresso, the global business software developer and parent company of
Agresso North America, today announced its annual results for the year ended
Dec. 31, 2008. Despite a deteriorating economic climate globally, Unit 4
Agresso delivered a sound commercial performance in 2008.

Revenue growth of 27 percent was achieved from strong performance across
the group and met market expectations. Sales of both the Agresso and CODA
products remained buoyant in most countries, and Unit 4 Agresso's product
offerings in the Benelux substantially contributed to this growth.

In North America, revenue grew substantially by 78 percent (pro forma 12
percent), now representing 5 percent of Unit 4 Agresso's total revenue. With
three offices, located centrally and on the east and west coasts, and a
product portfolio containing both Agresso Business World and CODA solutions,
growth potential improved. New and existing customers in the public and
private sectors heavily contributed to this result, helping to bolster Group
figures. New customers included Austin Travel, Houston Zoo, BCD Travel,
Gyrodata and Bethany Care.

(*)End of year highlights for the Group includes:

-- Total revenue increased by 27% to euro 393.6 million (2007: euro 308.8
-- Operating result (EBITDA) increased by 35% to euro 70.1 million
-- EBITDA margin increased to 17.8%
    -- Pro forma(1) revenue increased by 9%
-- Solid strategic positioning strengthens Unit 4 Agresso's market
position and opportunities in uncertain 2009
-- Healthy increase in operational cash flow: euro 56.2 million
-- CODA integration and revenue increase as planned

    (*)Figures stated are unaudited.

"Unit 4 Agresso's positioning has again proven itself in 2008," commented
Edwin van Leeuwen, CFO of Unit 4 Agresso. "Revenue growth was hardly affected
by the weakening economic circumstances. The company's strong foothold in the
Public sector, its focus on service organizations and vertical
specializations, its considerable maintenance portfolio and a wide product
offering in the Benelux are the stable factors in our operations. This does
not mean Unit 4 Agresso is immune to the consequences of the credit crisis and
current economic circumstances make it very difficult to predict market demand
in 2009."
