TORONTO, March 26 /CNW/ - Unique Broadband Systems, Inc. (TSX Venture:
UBS) announced today that 600,000 options to purchase common shares of the
Company were granted to directors of the Company at an exercise price of $0.40
All options will be exercisable in respect of one half on the day of the
grant, one quarter six months after the date of grant and the remainder
eighteen months after the date of grant. The options expire five years after
the date of grant.
