Mr. Michel Verreault, are proud to announce today that they are uniting their
companies to create one of Canada's largest engineering-construction groups.
The two industry leaders are consolidating their activities in order to

largest builders. The firm currently has 150 employees in Quebec City and
Montreal. It has completed numerous industrial, commercial and institutional
