TVOKids Don't Sit Still Tour heads into Cornwall, Kanata and Kingston

Free, live interactive stage show motivates kids to get fit, active - and

TORONTO, Feb. 7 /CNW/ - The dynamic TVOKids Don't Sit Still Tour touches
down in Cornwall and Kanata on Saturday February 23 and in Kingston on Sunday
February 24 (see schedule below). The DSS tour offers a free high-energy stage
event that inspires kids to get up, get active and have fun.
Powered by Scotiabank, the TVOKids Don't Sit Still Tour travels to
communities across Ontario and features the talented hosts from TVO's
after-school programming block, The Space, in an interactive stage show that
encourages a healthy, active lifestyle.

Inviting kids to exercise their creative muscles, too!

For the Cornwall, Kanata, and Kingston shows, kids can exercise their
creative muscles, too. TVOKids hosts Ryan and Mark invite kids to bring in
their entries to The Space's upcoming Engineering Month contest in March. The
contest challenges kids to build 3D models or make drawings of their designs
for an environmental vehicle that fits all six members of the Super Citizens.
(TVOKids' Super Citizens are community heroes who flex their brains and biceps
to make the world a better place, one good deed at a time.)
"Maybe it's a car, a plane or a train - your choice," says TVOKids host
Mark. "Let your imaginations run wild!" And host Ryan reminds kids to pack
their entries securely, because "our Space bag is big, but not that big, and
we don't want them to get damaged on the way back to the studio in Toronto."

Bring your birthday cards to show on TVOKids - enjoy free delivery!

TVOKids regularly celebrates important occasions like viewers' birthdays
in The Space, so Ryan and Mark also invite kids and parents to bring any
letters or birthday cards that they would like to see on air. The hosts will
be sure to get them safely to The Space. It's a great way to save on postage!
