        Ferreira Ltd. whereby the Company has been granted an option to
        acquire the Moak Claims and Norris Lake Claims located in the
        Thompson Nickel Belt area of Manitoba. The aggregate consideration is
        $100,000, 200,000 common shares and $450,000 in cumulative
        expenditures over a 36 month period. The property is subject to a 2%
        net smelter returns royalty interest of which the Company may
        purchase half for $1,000,000 subject to further Exchange review and
        acceptance.
