launch new online versions of the TSX Company Manual, TSX Venture Corporate
Finance Manual, NEX policies and the TSX and TSX Venture trading rules in
English and French and which will be hosted by Complinet Inc.

community, has worked closely with the TSX Group's exchanges to ensure that
issuers and Participating Organizations will benefit from Complinet's
innovative and user-friendly technology. Once completed, the TSX publications
will incorporate functionality that is exclusive to Complinet; including an
advanced search engine and links to key rules and online documents.
