Trentfab says the future is bright for employees and the community

    TRENTON, ON, April 29 /CNW/ - Robert Dinklo, M. Sc., Mech. Eng., Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer of Trentfab Inc. is very pleased to announce that
he has completed the purchase of Trentfab Inc. today with a strategic plan to
remain in the community and build on the strengths of the company.

Dinklo. "Trentfab has a unique role to play in the custom fabrication sector

    The Founder, Brian Kinmond, will remain as President and Chief Operating
Officer of the company for the next three to five years. "We want to assure
all of our employees and the community that we are here for the long term,"
said Mr. Kinmond. "We face many challenges and opportunities in our business
amid the current economic climate and I know that Trentfab will continue to
solve them with a positive attitude, perseverance and teamwork".

    Trentfab is a custom fabricator and machine shop with over 120 employees.
The company custom fabricates and machines carbon steels, stainless steels and
aluminum. The company has customers in the forestry, food processing, mining,
cement, environmental and engineering industries.
