Exclusive Canadian Premiere Tuesday, October 2 at 6:30 p.m. ET
TORONTO, Sept. 12 /CNW/ - Viewers can travel to Oz with the exclusive
Canadian premiere of Bindi the Jungle Girl -- a new series featuring young
nature expert Bindi Irwin, daughter of the late Steve Irwin. Living high in
the rainforest in her two-storey tree house, Bindi is visited by all types of
animals, from cockatoos to iguanas.
Audiences at home will be taken by Bindi's passion for all things wild as
she educates kids on a variety of topics throughout the series -- from
discussing which animals need our help most and the roles animals play in
today's world, to how we study, research and track different species.
The premiere episode of Bindi the Jungle Girl will debut in its regular
timeslot Tuesday, October 2 at 6:30 p.m. Viewers can also catch Bindi
Thursdays at 6:30 p.m., Saturdays at 10 a.m. and Sundays at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
