Toronto area scientist seeks collaborators for tornado research

TORONTO, Aug. 27 /CNW/ - Toronto area clean energy engineer Bill Tan is
excited to discover a way to protect cities, towns and farms from the massive
destruction of a tornado.
Understanding the physics, Tan theorizes that if the high outside and low
inside pressure of tornados can be forced to balance, the tornado will
disappear. Tan conceived tactics to execute the solution and is looking to
connect with researchers.
