TORONTO, Oct. 30 /CNW/ - Last year, TNS Smart Network Inc. (TNS)

conclusion of 2009.

partnership with our Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and our mutual
desire to find better solutions to meet our customers' processing

forward to meeting the new challenges that lie ahead. Some of these challenges

ATMs to meet new Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and making the final
preparations for the EMV CHIP migration scheduled for completion in 2010.
In addition to these challenges our ISOs still continue to have
difficulties with the Banks in obtaining a safe source of cash. Despite all
these challenges TNS will continue to be a leader in supplying a reliable and
secure processing solution no matter what the regulatory marketplace dictates.
