OTTAWA, April 3 /CNW Telbec/ - Thermal Energy International Inc.
(TSX-V:TMG) (www.thermalenergy.com) today announced that the Board of
Directors has resolved to issue stock options by way of two resolutions on
March 15 and March 20, 2007, to purchase up to and including 625,000 common
shares of the Corporation to a director, two consultants and an incoming
director subject to that person's acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
The stock options have a deemed price of $0.20 per share and are
exercisable up to three years from the date of grant. All options and shares
issued will subject to standard regulatory hold periods from the date of grant
as required by the TSX Venture Exchange.
