the addition of Mr. Thomas Liebermann to the company's Board of Directors.
Liebermann is the Chairman and CEO of Advanced Systems International, Inc., a
holding company for industrial technology investments and acquisitions. He
also serves as a Board Director of Everyday Solutions, which provide GPS
systems for school buses, and the Chairman of the Board at CLIMAX Portable
Machine Tools, Inc.

Liebermann's extensive background includes experiences at Phillips Screw
Company, Advanced Frequency Products, Kaye Instruments of Bedford, Thermal
Scientific, Indivers NV, and Cummins Engine Company. In addition to the wealth
of corporate leadership he brings, Liebermann was also a leader in the Young
Presidents Organization and is currently a member of the Chief Executives
Organization and the World President Organization. Liebermann is well
traveled, having visited 80 countries, each of the seven continents, and has
lived in four different countries on three continents. He also played soccer
at a professional level for three years.
Mr. Liebermann received his education at the University of Pennsylvania,
where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of
Arts degree in Sociology, and a Master of Business Administration degree from
the Wharton Graduate School of Business.
