The Privatization of Hydro-Québec: a source of wealth for Quebec's population

    MONTREAL, Jan. 30 /CNW Telbec/ - After analyzing Hydro-Québec's
performance from various standpoints, Claude Garcia, member of the board of
directors of several corporations and former Standard Life president, explains
why it is time to think seriously about privatizing this state corporation. He
sets out a detailed process for getting there and shows how a privatization

of shares to Quebec citizens and the sale of another block on the market,
