The Movie Network's Dramas Lead Gemini Race



    The Movie Network's original drama series Slings & Arrows and ReGenesis
    receive highest number of Gemini nominations

    TORONTO, Aug. 28 /CNW/ - Astral Media's The Movie Network has received a
total of 31 Gemini nominations for the 22nd Annual Gemini Awards. Leading the
Gemini nomination count for 2007 are The Movie Network's original drama series
Slings & Arrows (Season 3) and ReGenesis (Season 3) which were commissioned by
TMN and received 14 and 12 nods respectively. Rounding out the nominations
with a total of five nominations are Bon Voyage, The Festival and The Business
which were licensed by The Movie Network.

    The nominations were announced today by The Academy of Canadian Cinema
