The FIMA has 10 years!

MONTREAL, June 29 /CNW Telbec/ - FIMA is back for its 10th edition! From
July 2 to 5, 135 artists and craft workers will present their works in
Montreal, in the outdoor on Ste-Catherine Street, between St-Hubert and
Papineau. Also taking place are the Contemporary Experiences, surprising and
intriguing artistic actions, while six well-known urban artists, such as Zilon
and Omen, sided by DJs such as Frigid, will create an exquisite corpse during
three days in a park. On evenings, short movies from here and abroad will be
screened in the park while DJs and VJs will be creating an atmosphere of
sounds and images at the lounge. Two retrospective exhibitions present the
works of past FIMA prize winners, and the Emerging Art Space exhibits the
works of six Quebec students.
