The Doors Officially Open at the International Centre's New Conference Facility!

    MISSISSAUGA, ON, Oct. 21 /CNW/ - On October 23rd the Greater Toronto Area
will get its first glimpse of what is rumoured to be the best new conference
space in Ontario. This Thursday, the International Centre will officially open
the doors to its 48,000 sq.ft. expansion: the new Conference Centre and a
state-of-the-art kitchen. This new space offers past, present and future
clients flexible, single-level event space, superior service, inspired
catering and endless event options.
    The Grand Opening Reception will showcase the versatility of the
Conference Centre's elegant event space. The constellation-themed rooms will
be lavishly decorated with human statues, extravagant floral installations,
and modern bar designs including an oxygen bar. Guests will step into a
variety of uniquely themed settings, such as the Phoenix room, where a
plexiglass ice bar will serve custom martinis complemented by exotic seafood.
As they sip their martinis they can pass through the 17,000 sq ft. Orion
ballroom and into the hot pink Lyra space where they will be greeted by a

Valley Hospital Foundation is making a positive difference in the community
and the International Centre is pleased to have Foundation President and CEO
Norma Bandler at the Grand Opening Reception to accept this donation.
    The new Conference Centre is uniquely built to accommodate both intimate
gatherings and large corporate meetings. This seamless addition offers an
expansive ballroom and grand reception lobby. The Conference Centre's 15
multi-purpose breakout rooms of varying sizes can meet the needs of any
