The Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation opens an office in Montréal

OTTAWA, Nov. 22 /CNW Telbec/ - The Canadian Council on Health Services
Accreditation (CCHSA) opened the doors of its new satellite office today in
Montreal, Québec. Mr. Roger Paquet, Deputy Minister of Health and Social
Services, and other distinguished guests joined CCHSA to celebrate the event.
This initiative is part of CCHSA's strategy to ensure the specialized
needs, changes, challenges and innovations within health care in Quebec are
addressed. "Opening this office allows us to be closer to our clients and to
work more efficiently with our partners, such as the Conseil québécois
d'agrément (CQA). Our presence will strengthen the ongoing relationships we
have with various stakeholders in the field. By working together, we will
improve quality within health care", said Ms. Wendy Nicklin, CCHSA President
and CEO.

The Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation
is a non-profit and independent organization that provides national and
international health and social service organizations with an external peer
review to assess the quality of their services. CCHSA's guidance has been
helping organizations strive for excellence for close to 50 years.
