Tenth Power extends warrant expiry deadline

    TORONTO, May 12 /CNW/ - Tenth Power Technologies Corp. is pleased to
announce that it sought, and has received, consent from TSX Venture Exchange
to extend the exercise deadline on 3,125,000 warrants, due to expire April 26,
2009, for a period of one year. The exercise price will remain at $0.15 per
share and the new expiry date is April 26, 2010. No extension for the exercise
of warrants issued to brokers has been granted.
    Management acknowledges that current market conditions are extraordinary
and feel that taking this measure was appropriate under the circumstances.
