The workers joined the CAW back in September and October after a
neutrality agreement was negotiated between the union and the company which
allowed workers to join the union without management interference.
Ratification meetings will be held in Oakville and Brantford on Thursday,
March 27 and in Mount Forest on Friday, March 28. Details of the agreement
will be released following ratification.
