Technophiles Take to the Road 2008 - ETS engineering students to storm the Quays of the Old Port on September 13 and 14

MONTREAL, Sept. 12 /CNW Telbec/ - Engineering and technology, more than
simply a passion for ETS students! Next September 13 and 14, you will have the
chance to share in their passion - and then some. For the fifth year, the
Ecole de technologie supérieure (ETS) will be joining the Montréal Science
Centre to present Technophiles Take to the Road, two days of demonstrations
and meetings with engineering students who have designed prototypes that have
earned them numerous awards and honours at university engineering
Human-propelled submarines, low fuel consumption vehicle, cargo plane,
robots, race cars, ecological snowmobile - these are just a few of the most
recent prototypes you will be able to take in on Saturday, September 13 and
Sunday, September 14 at the Quays of the Old Port of Montréal, and more
specifically, at the Jacques-Cartier Quay. For regulars of these Technophiles
events, this will also be an opportunity to see the innovations that the
vehicles have undergone during the year and to chat with these young people
who are so immersed in their engineering studies.

Engineering and technologies, more than simply a passion
                              for ETS students!
