Tabi seeks timeless, classic women for 2007 Face of 40+

    TORONTO, March 13 /CNW/ - Canadian retailer tabi - known coast to coast
for their classic fashions for women - is looking to repeat last year's
successful model search for a woman aged 40+ to be the Face of Tabi.
    Arlene Lebovic, Vice President Marketing says, "Last year we received
over 1100 entries! Typically, women do not enter many contests because of the
time and effort involved, but this contest turned out to be an opportunity for
women over 40 to tell us about who they are and why they wanted to be in the

tabi brand. Our customers are primarily in the 40 - 65 age range, so we feel
strongly that the models we use reflect who our customers are - models to whom
they can relate."
    Last year's Grand Prize winner, Anne Robinson 43, from Niagara On The
Lake, Ontario reflects, "I was so thrilled to win this contest. It was amazing
to have this wonderful opportunity. I feel as if I am coming into my own as I
head into my mid 40's. We have only one life to live and should experience as
much of it as we can."
