the Company name has been changed to SCI Ltd.

In support of its new identity, SCI has launched its all new web site at
www.scitorque.com which provides a comprehensive overview of the Company's
retail process solutions called "Enterprise Retail Process Management(TM)
(eRPM(TM)) and its "Torque(TM)" suite of products that comprise those
solutions. The innovative new web site also introduces and describes the five
levers of the automotive sales cycle and, specifically, how SCI solutions
significantly impact upon each lever.
